The short version
I'm Eldho Kuriakose, a Senior Product Designer who spends most days turning dense, enterprise-grade workflows into interfaces that think out loud with the people who use them. Eight years across conversational AI, design systems, and complex B2B products — currently building agentic AI experiences at Publicis Sapient. I don't believe good AI design means adding a chat box to an old form; it means rethinking what the interface even needs to ask for, and when. Outside work, I ride a Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 — usually somewhere with worse roads than the ones I design for.
From messy systems to interfaces people trust
Understand the system
/01Sit with the messiest version of the workflow first — the edge cases, the Slack threads, the spreadsheet someone built to work around the tool.
Design the interaction
/02Prototype in the medium the idea actually needs — conversational flows in Figma Make, dense data views in Figma, sometimes just working code.
Ship, measure, refine
/03Get it in front of real users fast, watch where the friction actually is — not where I assumed it'd be — and iterate from there.
